Experiences

The class is both fun and educational for little kids. It combines age- appropriate yoga poses, meditation, breath work and mindfulness games and experiences.  We integrate games, music, art, storytelling, to keep young children inspired, curious and moving! All this while promoting a unique approach connecting values, like community, gratitude, empathy and love.
